Terms & Conditions for CDC Vouchers
The CDC digital vouchers are:
(a) Expressed in Singapore Dollars;
(b) Redeemable at participating hawkers/merchants/supermarkets displaying the CDC Voucher decal;
(c) Not valid for purchase of lottery products, petrol, diesel, alcohol or cigarettes;
(d) Not for resale/ exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers; and
(e) Not renewable upon expiry and the expiry date is final.Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction and any unused amount or value in a voucher is not refundable.
Singaporean residents are to claim the CDC digital vouchers digitally by logging in via Singpass. Where hardcopies of the vouchers are printed (the “Voucher Printouts”):
(a) the Voucher Printouts cannot be exchanged or replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged; and
(b) defaced, damaged or expired Voucher Printouts will not be accepted at the participating hawkers/merchants/supermarkets.

From 3 January 2025, each Singaporean household can claim an additional $300 in CDC Vouchers 2025 digitally at go.gov.sg/cdcv. The CDC Vouchers Scheme 2025 (Jan) is part of the $1.9 billion enhancement to the Assurance Package announced by then Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Mr Lawrence Wong during Budget 2024. The package aims to provide more immediate support for Singaporean households and help defray daily expenses.
The value of the vouchers will be allocated equally (i.e. $150 each) to be spent at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, or at participating supermarkets. Singaporean households have until 31 December 2025 to claim and spend their CDC Vouchers 2025.
Each Singaporean household will be able to claim $300 worth of CDC Vouchers 2025 (January) via the website go.gov.sg/cdcv.
All Singaporean households will receive a notification letter on how to claim their CDC vouchers at go.gov.sg/cdcv.
Only one member representing the household needs to make the claim digitally via Singpass at go.gov.sg/cdcv.
The vouchers are in fixed denominations because it is less confusing for residents, especially the digitally less-savvy, and reduces the chance for errors to occur when residents key in the amount.
The CDCs and Govtech had several rounds of consultations with residents and merchants to gather feedback on the design of the denominations.
For the CDC Vouchers to be used at heartland merchants and hawkers, the fixed denominations of $2, $5 and $10 allow residents to make purchases at different heartland shops and hawkers. For example, residents may patronise mini-marts or mom-and-pop shops, to purchase groceries or other essential household items, and services such as dental clinics, or hair salons.
For the CDC Vouchers to be used at supermarkets, the larger denominations of $10 will come in handy as the purchase amounts are typically larger due to the nature of goods sold at supermarkets.
The vouchers can be shared with your household members via the following method.
1. Click on “Share” button to copy the unique voucher link
2. Paste into any preferred messaging apps e.g. SMS/ Whatsapp/ Telegram. Please refer to diagram below for illustration.
Recipients are advised to be careful with sharing unique voucher links with others, as this would allow others to spend the household’s vouchers. To ensure that you safekeep your unique voucher links, we urge you to share only when necessary and to the right parties. We seek your understanding that there will be no reinstatement made for vouchers that were shared erroneously.
The CDC Vouchers 2025 (January) can be claimed digitally at go.gov.sg/cdcv from 3 January 2025. The vouchers expire on 31 December 2025.
You will require a valid Singpass account and smartphone to login and claim your vouchers. Singpass is needed to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent claims on behalf of your household.

Yes, the CDC Vouchers Scheme 2025 (January) is a new tranche. Both vouchers from the previous CDCV 2024 (January) and CDCV 2024 (June) tranche have expired on 31 December 2024.

There is no limit to the number you can spend per purchase. However, you can only stack a maximum of 15 digital vouchers per QR code to ensure that the QR code remains scannable by merchants.
When the merchants scan your QR code, they will see a confirmation on their RedeemSG Merchant app which will show that the scanning of your voucher is a success. At the same time, your QR code will be updated to “Redeemed” status. Spent vouchers will also be marked as ‘Redeemed’ on your unique voucher link and you can also view your transaction history on the main vouchers landing page.
The vouchers cannot be used for e-commerce or online transactions.
